Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
โผ Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so we can work something out!
โผ Cancellation requests will be accepted at any time within the pre-order window. Once the pre-order window has closed, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Shipping
โผ All orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance.
โผ Orders will be handled by one person, so shipments may be sent out gradually. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!
โผ Once an item has been shipped, the parcel is unfortunately out of my direct control. If an issue arises during transit, please contact the courier or your local post office first. If you're unable to resolve the issue with them, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to help!
Is Your Country Not Available?
โผ As this is my first time handling online orders, shipping locations will initially be limited to the USA and Canada so I can keep things manageable. However, if you're really interested and your country isn't currently available at checkout, please feel free to contact me! I'd be happy to look into whether shipping to your country is possible and add it if I'm able to.
โผ Before reaching out please check here to see if there are any current USPS shipping suspensions affecting your country.
โผ Sadly, I am currently unable to ship to the EU or UK due to the VAT and GPSR requirements, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience!ย
